RETURN POLICY

I. For products have not been used

– Customers can change to a different model if the product has not been used and has been reviewed and confirmed by bgn.vn's sales/warranty team.

- The value of the new exchange product must be equal to or greater than the value of the previous product.

 All products on website bgn.vn From the time of receiving the order, customers in the HCMC area can exchange within 01 day; customers outside the HCMC area exchange within 03 days

II. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING THE RETURN POLICY

Customers can exchange new products of the same type if the previous product has an irreversible problem (due to a manufacturer's technical fault). Defective products may only be returned after technical confirmation and compliance with the following conditions:

- Purchased at bgn.vn products can be identified (based on purchase invoice and product identification logo)

- bgn.vn specialists certify that the products have the technical fault.

- The products received are not faulty in any manner (scratched, dented, yellowed, broken ...).

- All accessories and gifts must be attached to returned products.

- Returned goods must include complete packing, foam, etc (except glued paper, plastic paper, etc).

- All associated documentation (VAT invoice, Warranty card, Manual, Brochure/Catalog...) must be returned with the products.

bgn.vn will exchange products for customers but will not refund shipping/delivery expenses (if any) until the following conditions are satisfied:

- Incorrect type and model code as ordered

- Inadequate amount, insufficient sets/information as in the original order

- Unsatisfactory quality, such as unusable, objective equipment fault within the supplier's or manufacturer's warranty, etc.

III. RETURN DENIED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

- Customers want to change the model but do not inform bgn.vn ahead of time.

- Customers inappropriately assemble and misuse items, resulting in product damage.

- Customers do not meet the conditions for receiving the warranty (for example, do not send the warranty card to the right place within the specified time).

- Customers cause damage to the external of the product, such as the package being torn, peeled, damaged, etc.

- Products have been signed to meet “quality requirements,” but customers want to return the products due to faults in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, broken tanks, etc).

IV. HANDLING THE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

In accordance with the rules stated on bgn.vn, the exchange will take place after we have received the Certificate of Condition detailing the content of the damaged items caused by technical mistakes that cannot be corrected promptly.

- The process of exchange or return procedures is carried out within seven (seven) days of the date on which the company receives all of the information and documents that are required from the client in accordance with the regulations.
