Shipping Policy

The final phase of a customer's order:

- Our company will pack and deliver the orders to the customer's doorstep according to the agreement between the two parties (applicable to the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City only)

- Depending on the needs of customers in faraway provinces, our company will deliver the orders through specialized trucks or shipping units. Prior to packaging and delivering to customers, both parties, bgn.vn and customers, will reach an agreement on shipping fees.

- After receiving the product, our company will provide detailed installation instructions.
